Chris Rundle

Our founder has overseen the growth of Rundles from humble beginnings in 1992 to the nationwide group it is today. Now managing director, he is still heavily involved in the day-to-day running of the company and sits on the executive board of the Civil Enforcement Association [CIVEA]. In his spare time Chris likes saltwater fly-fishing and skiing.

Bernard Gover

With over 25 years debt recovery experience, Bernard is the perfect director of industry affairs. He has an exceptional working knowledge of legislation and is the driving force behind all training and education at Rundles. He is also a lifelong follower of cricket.

Hilary Butler

Finance director and award-winning chartered management accountant, Hilary has worked in debt recovery for 17 years. As well as overseeing all financial aspects of our business Hilary is our equalities programme manager who, outside Rundles, is kept busy with her young family and her love of horse riding.

Amy Collins

Our head of customer services brings over 11 years industry experience to our organisation and ensures our clients receive optimum customer service. She also champions our environmental programmes and outside work is kept busy with her young family.

Charlotte Gittins

IT Director Charlotte is a product of our Graduate Training Programme. She is responsible for all our business process management both internally and externally and also heads up our health and safety management team. At weekends she spends as much time as possible enjoying long walks in the countryside with her young family and dogs.
