“What if we train staff and they leave? What if we don’t, and they stay?!”
In our industry, it is critical to ensure staff are trained to the highest possible levels. Our people are often working in dangerous situations, or managing cases where vulnerability and safeguarding issues are encountered.
It is therefore critical that all of our staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to effectively respond, and manage these often difficult situations.
Our Training Academy have worked with Staffordshire University’s Law School to develop and launch our bespoke, Level 3 course in ‘TCOG & Civil Enforcement’. We are pleased to announce that we have now rolled the course out to our field and office teams who will all be qualified to this Level 3 standard. We have also provided this training and qualification to a number of clients as part of our commitment to partnership working.
