18th January 2019 | Press Release

Revenues Enforcement

We’re absolutely delighted to announce our successful retention of the Council’s enforcement service. We will continue to provide enforcement of Council Tax, NNDR, and also non-enforceable and support streams.

Amy Collins, Rundles Client Services Director:

“Our whole team are absolutely delighted to be given the opportunity to work alongside the Council for another contract term! We have worked for the Council for many years, building great relationships, and providing a service which is tailored specifically to deliver the Council’s enforcement goals.

Through a rigorous tender and presentation process, we demonstrated how well we understand the client’s objectives, and how we’ll continue to evolve our services in partnership with the Council. Thank you to all at the Council for your continued confidence”.
