Director of Client Services

Amy brings nearly 18 years’ industry experience to our organisation in both operational, contract & client management roles.

Amy’s primary responsibilities are to oversee the management of our client base, monitor service delivery and drive customer service performance.  A recent example of this is our imminent accreditation to the Customer Service Excellence Standard which demonstrates our commitment to providing the best customer service in the industry.

Amy acts as ‘Board Sponsor’ for a number of clients and ensures she visits clients as much as possible.  By discussing challenges and opportunities with clients, Amy is able to guide our Solution Design Teams to deliver innovation which is specifically targeted at client’s needs.

Amy has developed strong relationships with the 3rd sector to ensure we effectively support the vulnerable in society and are able to quickly react and respond to changes in individual’s circumstances.

Amy’s true passion is customer service.  Amy takes every opportunity to discuss the experiences which people have had through contacting or working with Rundles.  Only by hearing people’s experiences directly is it possible to continually enhance our service provision.


Hilary Butler

Director of Finance

Hilary has been actively involved in debt enforcement for over 20 years, and has a comprehensive knowledge of all areas of the industry.

A certificated Enforcement Agent, Hilary has worked as both Operations and Finance Director with leading Enforcement companies, and, as a member of the Executive Council of the Civil Enforcement Association (CIVEA) since 2015, is active in promoting good practice and industry standards in Civil Enforcement.

Hilary is a Chartered Management Accountant and member of CIMA which ensures we uphold the highest standard in financial and ethical probity.

As Finance Director, Hilary works with clients to maximise efficiencies in their back office processes and to automate information transfer wherever possible.

Some recent innovations include advanced reporting packs and management information systems which provide clients with total performance visibility.

Hilary leads our Audit and Compliance Board to ensure we maintain our excellent reputation within the market, and to deliver our promise in providing an exceptional operation, with exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.

Andy Grice

Director of Sales & Marketing

Andy is our Director of Sales & Marketing and is responsible for ensuring our clients are supported at all times.  Andy’s role includes developing innovative support services which help clients to streamline processes in their operation.

Andy has significant experience in delivering innovative solutions to local and central government, having previously worked in various roles within Royal Mail Group’s Government Division.

Being legally qualified (LLB Hons. Law), Andy sits on our Legal & Regulatory Compliance Board, ensuring all aspects of our operation are fully compliant with our legislative responsibilities.

Andy’s legal knowledge supports his core role of delivering innovative services to clients.  The ability to focus on both these elements ensures we are able to deliver solutions which are both effective for the client, and within the bounds of all governing legislation.

Sonia Sweeney

Sonia Sweeney

Director of Operations

Joint CEO and Operations Director, Sonia Sweeney joined Rundles in 2015 and brings with her over 20 years knowledge of Financial and Debt Recovery, and exceptional legislative understanding in the areas of TCE 2007, TCOG, Insolvency and Consumer Credit.

Sonia’s focus with Rundles is to maximise operational performance for clients, increasing efficiency and productivity, and driving change to improve engagement for clients and debtors through high performance and outstanding customer service.

She is responsible for managing and increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.

Sonia’s has previously been responsible for the day to day running of contracts including HMCTS and MoJ in the North of England.

Sonia is a member of the industry leading OneStep DebtRecovery, Product Advisory Board and takes the lead in the development and implementation of our robust Compliance and Enforcement processes.
