Amy brings nearly 18 years’ industry experience to our organisation in both operational, contract & client management roles.
Amy’s primary responsibilities are to oversee the management of our client base, monitor service delivery and drive customer service performance. A recent example of this is our imminent accreditation to the Customer Service Excellence Standard which demonstrates our commitment to providing the best customer service in the industry.
Amy acts as ‘Board Sponsor’ for a number of clients and ensures she visits clients as much as possible. By discussing challenges and opportunities with clients, Amy is able to guide our Solution Design Teams to deliver innovation which is specifically targeted at client’s needs.
Amy has developed strong relationships with the 3rd sector to ensure we effectively support the vulnerable in society and are able to quickly react and respond to changes in individual’s circumstances.
Amy’s true passion is customer service. Amy takes every opportunity to discuss the experiences which people have had through contacting or working with Rundles. Only by hearing people’s experiences directly is it possible to continually enhance our service provision.
